Your antivirus might pick this up but it is only because it editschanges some files(your safe file, and the offsets, etc) it doesnt change anything else other then your save file, nor does it do anything else. You can change anything that is inside your save file pretty much, once you start a new game, the changes are lost though, its only for that particular singleplayer save file.
